Return and Exchange Policy
First: Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges
- The return period is 3 days, and the exchange period is 7 days for products. Please ensure the following conditions are met:

- For crops: The product must be unused and the packaging must be sealed.
- For tools: The product must have a manufacturing defect.
- Products purchased during promotional offers cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Second: Refund and Exchange Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after receiving the shipment from the courier. For exchanges, replacement products will be sent within the same timeframe. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer if the exchange is not due to a manufacturing defect.
Third: In Case of Incorrect, Incomplete, or Damaged Orders
- The customer must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order through one of the customer service channels at madcof.com.
- Provide photos of the product, a copy of the invoice, and a detailed description of the issue.
- A replacement will be sent after verifying the manufacturing defect of the product upon receipt.
- The replacement product will be delivered within 5-7 working days after the exchange is approved.
- Defective or damaged products will not be replaced with a different type if the ordered product is out of stock. In this case, a refund will be issued.
- All refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after approval.
Fourth: Warranty
- All electronic devices from madcof.com come with a 2-year warranty.
- Keep the receipt to claim the warranty.

- Hand tools such as grinders, drippers, and consumables like gears, filters, or seals.
- Accessories or external parts such as the outer casing, handles, etc.
- Any parts or components added by the customer.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, supplying improper voltage, or failure to follow the product’s user manual.
- Failing to follow the product usage instructions may void the warranty.
- Breakages, impacts, cuts, or exposure to external elements will void the warranty.
- Attempts at repair or maintenance by unauthorized entities may damage the product and void the warranty.
- The warranty does not apply to gifts from madcof.com, such as sweepstakes prizes or free products distributed on the site or as part of offers.
