Shipping and Delivery


  • During weekdays, orders are prepared and packaged within 1-3 business days and handed over to the shipping company on the same day or the next business day.
  • Shipments are delivered to the customer within 3 to 7 days after being shipped.
  • Customers will receive a notification via SMS, email, or WhatsApp containing the order number and tracking number (issued after the shipping invoice is generated by the store). Customers can track their shipment using the tracking number on the shipping company’s website. All these details are also available in the customer’s account on the store.
  • If you do not receive the notification or email with the shipment details, please contact us to obtain the tracking number.
  • Any delays in shipment delivery caused by the carrier are beyond the responsibility of madcof.com.
  • Tracking the shipment with the shipping company is the customer’s responsibility, and they must collect it on time to avoid it being returned to the store.
  • If the order is returned by the carrier due to the customer not responding, repeated postponements, or incorrect address entry, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
  • Delays caused by missing information absolve the store from any responsibility.
  • Orders placed on Thursdays before 2:00 PM will be handed over to the shipping company on the same day during working hours. Orders placed after this time will only be shipped on Saturday due to the weekend break observed by shipping companies.
  • We may need to change the shipping company as needed.
